  • Do you have a physical store?
    At present His Ring Shop is solely an online hub for men's rings.
  • What if my finger size is not listed? No problem, we can make it. Just send us a message and will get you setup.
  • Will my ring need to be repaired? No matter how durable we make our rings, there can always be situations that require rings to be repaired.
  • Will my ring scratch?
    Almost all rings will scratch and show signs of wear and tear over time. It's totally normal and is to be expected. We provide a back-to-factory specs refinish at no charge for life. The only charge is $49 for shipping & handling which includes incoming and outgoing shipping plus insurance. We limit 1 complimentary refinish per year. Email support@hisringshop.com for instructions.
  • Are your rings made with a comfort fit?
    Yes. All rings are crafted with a standard comfort fit.
  • Do you provide a rush service?
    Yes. The rush service is $85 - exclusions are designer/brand exclusives.
  • Do you offer ring engraving?
    Not at this time. However, most rings can be engraved by your local jeweler for a nominal fee. Any engraving work performed by outside companies will void all HRS guarantees. 
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Not at this time, but we are working on it.
  • What kind of guarantee do you offer?
    Our guarantee is simple: if any ring purchased through us ever needs repair or a resize - regardless of fault - His Ring Shop will repair, replace, or resize your ring at no charge, forever.
  • Can you repair rings?
    Yes, we can repair any ring originally purchased from us. For repair inquires contact support@hisringshop.com
  • What metals can be resized?
    Precious metals in any karat and color gold (10k,14k,18k, 22k) platinum, palladium and silver rings can be resized. Precious metal rings combined with alternative material inlays cannot always be resized.
  • What materials cannot be resized?
    Alternative metals and specific inlays; stainless steel, titanium, black zirconium, wood rings, meteorite inlays and carbon fiber. In most cases, brand new rings are made in your requested size.
  • Where are your rings made?
    All rings are made in USA.

  • What are precious metals?
    Precious metal refers to any karat (10k, 14k, 18k, 22k) and color (yellow, white, rose) of gold, platinum, palladium and sterling silver.
  • What are alternative metals and materials?
    Alternative metal refers to titanium, Damascus steel, stainless steel, black zirconium and cobalt are the most common. Whereas, alternative materials include natural wood, meteorite, dinosaur bone, antler, and cerakote.
